Happy Holidays to you and yours!

This is how we closed out November 2020.

I spent most of the day working on my work in progress, a short story titled The Beautiful One.

Around 3pm I started cooking with my girls. After two and a half hours we had, Terry Crews mac and cheese, stuffing, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, Gardein plant-based turkey cutlets, sparkling cider, and two pumpkin pies. The usual and I feel blessed.

Picture of my plate of food- I finished eating it in like 20 minutes.

For my 45th Birthday, I decided to do only my favorite things. I started with this workout then did some light gardening. (1/3/21 these activities probably contributed to my current back situation).

I opened birthday cards and presents.

Blew out my candles

We still had a full pie in the fridge so this was more than enough for me.

And, of course, I did some writing!

Picture of Lulu representing what I felt like this afterwards.

Overall a great two days with the family.
